Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant – Scribe Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Preparing patient charts by reviewing schedules in advance.

• Integrating lab results, imaging reports, and previous consultation notes into the EMR system.

• Virtually assisting the doctor during patient visits to accurately document clinical notes.

• Managing incoming calls and appointment scheduling when not engaged in scribing duties.

• Communicating information between the physician and patients.

• Supporting the doctor in maintaining a seamless clinic flow between back-to-back appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN/BSN) is mandatory.

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or Scribe.

• Candidates should preferably be within five years of their graduation or active practice.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Fixed Working Location: The candidate must work from a specific, consistent location only.

• Epic EMR access is linked to a verified IP address; changing locations or IP addresses can cause significant security disruptions.

• Capability to run Epic and Zoom simultaneously on the same computer (no phone or tablet workarounds).
