This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a call center environment.
• Generate and manage ticket requests to document tasks completed.
• Utilize remote troubleshooting abilities to effectively address and prevent issues.
• Offer telephone support and suggest troubleshooting solutions for customers utilizing Energy Management System interfaces.
• Coordinate on-site third-party personnel to assist with the technical troubleshooting process.
• Analyze and interpret data from HVAC and lighting systems.
• Oversee installations and compile reports with recommendations for enhancing energy efficiency.
• Must be available to work nights, weekdays, or weekends, averaging 8 hours per shift, from 8pm to 4am.
• Proficient in native Spanish and possess advanced English skills (C1).
• Must have a reliable power supply, wired high-speed internet connection, and a distraction-free workspace.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them effectively in a high-pressure setting.
• Capable of conveying technical information in an easily understandable way to non-technical individuals.
• A collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Active student or possession of a Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering field is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn new systems.
