Bilingual Therapist – Older Adults, Spanish-Speaking, LCSW / LMFT / LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking seniors in a virtual environment.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, ensuring communication aligns with patients' language and cultural backgrounds.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Function independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our streamlined electronic medical records (EMR) and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Licensed to practice in California.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of conducting full therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus; we manage it regardless.
