Bilingual Therapist – Older Adults, Spanish-Speaking, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy for Spanish-speaking elderly individuals in a virtual environment.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, connecting with patients in their language and cultural framework.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct needs of each individual.

• Operate autonomously while being a member of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation through our streamlined electronic medical records (EMR) and AI documentation resources.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Licensed to practice in Texas.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.
