Bilingual Therapist – Older Adults, Spanish-Speaking, LCSW / LMFT / LMHC, Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults who speak Spanish in a virtual environment.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, ensuring communication occurs within the patients' language and cultural framework.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the distinct needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being an integral part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid, independent clinical license such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Licensed to practice in Florida.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish, capable of conducting complete therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferably have experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus, but we manage it regardless.
