Bilingual Telehealth Physician – English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough telehealth initial consultations for enrolled members (15-20 minutes).

• Integrate complex medical and social histories to identify clinical priorities and risks.

• Develop clear, actionable clinical plans and handoffs for Community Health Workers, LCSWs, and care navigators.

• Accurately document findings and recommendations in the EMR to facilitate ongoing care.

• Offer clinical guidance regarding escalation pathways and program workflows throughout the pilot.

• Establish quick clinical rapport and trust with members and their caregivers.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license in Pennsylvania.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related primary care specialty is preferred.

• Significant experience with Medicare/Medicaid populations or managing complex chronic diseases.

• Proficient in telehealth assessment and adept at building rapport in a virtual setting.

• Strong clinical judgment, comfort with complexity and uncertainty, and a keen interest in care coordination.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like pilot environment.
