Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment for both salaried and hourly positions. This includes sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidate relationships while collaborating with hiring managers throughout the assessment and selection process.

• Implements staffing strategies developed in conjunction with the hiring team and the Talent Acquisition Manager.

• Recognizes how recruitment activities align with broader talent objectives.

• Cultivates a comprehensive understanding of our business, processes, market conditions, technology, and culture.

• Establishes productive relationships with hiring managers and candidates, escalating complex or sensitive issues to the Talent Acquisition Manager when necessary.

• Embraces new tools and processes, providing constructive feedback to the Manager and TA Operations to enhance effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting is preferred.

• Familiarity with compensation analysis (e.g., compa-ratio) and the ability to communicate approved compensation details; advanced negotiation tasks are delegated by the Manager.
