Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for both regular and part-time roles.

• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to nurture relationships.

• Perform online searches, manage resumes, conduct pre-screening, post job openings, arrange interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers.

• Coordinate and facilitate hiring events.

• Establish connections with community outreach partners to create new candidate pipelines.

• Enhance and maintain MasterCorp’s online presence while adhering to brand standards.

• Train new managers on hiring protocols, using the Applicant Tracking System, interviewing techniques, and selection criteria.

• Deliver weekly and quarterly recruitment reports to the organization.

• Conduct regular evaluations with hiring managers and candidates.

• Assist managers at all levels by providing guidance on effective recruitment practices.

• Monitor and achieve recruiting KPIs, including candidate calls, interviews, time-to-fill, hires, and sources of hire.

• Keep updated on interview strategies, state and federal regulations, and recruitment methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.

• Experience in high-volume hourly recruitment and hospitality is preferred.

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

• A four-year degree in business or a related discipline is preferred.

• Strong sales and influencing abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• High sense of urgency.

• Proficient in prioritizing and managing various recruitment tasks.

• Problem-solving capabilities with a focus on inquiry and active listening.

• Business insight with the ability to articulate business needs.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Capability to perform essential physical tasks, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
