This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for designated programs, business sectors, and bilingual contractor talent pools.
• Formulate and implement sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, community organizations, educational institutions, and workforce collaborations.
• Establish and sustain bilingual contractor talent pipelines to meet current and anticipated program requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and assist candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure recruiting strategies are in sync with roster demands, pipeline necessities, and organizational goals.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, email, SMS, virtual events, and additional outreach methods in both English and Spanish.
• Create and disseminate social media content, email campaigns, and candidate communications aimed at bilingual audiences.
• Contribute to employer branding and initiatives to attract contractor opportunities.
• Manage recruiting workflows, pipeline activities, class enrollment coordination, readiness milestones, and status tracking within recruiting systems.
• Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, roster readiness, and recruiting metrics.
• Enhance recruiting processes, screening workflows, messaging, and recruitment marketing materials.
• Ensure accurate recruiting data management and document activities across systems and reporting tools.
• Build relationships with workforce organizations, educational institutions, community groups, veteran organizations, and bilingual workforce programs.
• Represent Liveops at both virtual and in-person events, opportunity fairs, and workforce development activities.
• Provide reports on recruiting performance, funnel analytics, market insights, and roster readiness updates.
• Work collaboratively with operations and internal teams to facilitate contractor activation and successful program implementations.
• Offer data-driven insights to enhance sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, in written and spoken form.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, or a related field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and applicant pipelines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and reporting tools.
• Preferred: experience engaging with bilingual talent populations.
• Preferred: experience in supporting remote, customer service, healthcare, insurance, or contractor-based workforce programs.
• Preferred: proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Handshake, CRM systems, and recruiting automation tools.
• Preferred: experience in recruitment marketing, community partnerships, and workforce development.
• Preferred: advanced skills in Microsoft Suite along with recruiting analytics tools.
