Bilingual T-SQL Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop data transformations to incorporate clients' initial data into the Central Data Repository (CDR)

• Validate data transformations through unit testing

• Modify T-SQL programming based on input from QA, Data Conversion leads, testing teams, integrated testing, and clients

• Adhere to project deadlines and communicate any potential delays to the Data Lead or Project Manager

• Engage in the creation and execution of corrective scripts within internal and client environments

• Provide assistance and support to clients and implementation teams regarding data-related issues

• Offer technical support for internal teams via T-SQL extracts

• Examine control reports from the loading process and discuss related action items with the Quality Assurance team

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience

• Proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken)

• Strong expertise in T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Visual Studio

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and Excel is an advantage

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals

• Intermediate English proficiency required for regular interactions with English-speaking parties and the use of English IT tools

• Subject to Government of Canada Personnel Security Screening if job responsibilities involve data center work or access to detailed client-service technology knowledge
