Bilingual Student Advisor – EST Time Zone Required

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service by attentively listening, empathizing, and addressing customers' needs.

• Manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound phone calls throughout the day.

• Serve as an advocate for customers by comprehending their challenges, thoroughly resolving concerns, and guiding them through the subsequent steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.

• Must be available to work from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM EST.

• Required: Bilingual - Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both Spanish and English.
