This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Review, edit, and finalize legal documents and briefs for submission.
• Ensure adherence to relevant legal standards and court requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff to ensure consistency and quality in filings.
• Provide insights and recommendations for case enhancement wherever applicable.
• Active membership in the U.S. Bar in at least one state (mandatory).
• Experience in SSDI law or proficiency in Spanish (mandatory — either qualification is acceptable).
• Strong skills in legal writing, editing, and analysis.
• Capability to independently manage workload while meeting deadlines.
• Candidates must reside outside the U.S. (overseas applicants preferred).
• Flexible working hours.
