Bilingual (Spanish) Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of operational professionals.

• Manage distinctive and intricate partners of strategic significance to the network.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on authorization and settlement applications.

• Propel the entire life-cycle of complex, cross-functional process enhancements.

• Identify and address operational gaps across teams and systems.

• Analyze operational data and metrics to assess performance.

• Lead strategic departmental projects and support wider company initiatives.

• Oversee and conduct comprehensive training programs for both new and current Account Executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, operations, or relationship management within the financial services or payments sector.

• At least 4 years of experience in people leadership and performance management.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English.
