Bilingual Spanish Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with designated Nielsen Families/Households.

• Set up Nielsen measurement devices in newly assigned Nielsen Families/Households.

• Diagnose issues and resolve problems related to data and equipment.

• Engage with individuals in their homes for extended periods.

• Travel locally for up to 50% of your time.

• Drive for up to 8 hours each day.

• Work outdoors throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions.

• Navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, driveways, and diverse home entrances.

• Lift television sets and equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Residing in the North Denver region.

• Must possess the ability to read and write in English.

• Capability to bend and lift television sets.

• Technical proficiency, including knowledge of consumer electronics, software systems, and networking.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Competence in identifying issues and troubleshooting data/equipment.

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED or 2+ years of relevant work experience.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Willingness and capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round.

• Comfort in going door-to-door into people’s homes.

• Ability to navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, and both paved and unpaved driveways.

• Capacity to interact with individuals in their homes for several hours.

• Willingness to travel locally for up to 50% of the time.

• Capability to drive for up to 8 hours per day.

• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours each day.

• Ability to kneel for up to 2 hours each day.

• Ability to climb stairs.

• Ability to walk half a mile.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
