This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage in intake conversations with Hiring Managers, providing insights on the job market, interview techniques, and hiring procedures.
• Develop tailored search strategies alongside Hiring Managers, which include defining candidate profiles, creating job postings, and leveraging social media for marketing.
• Design and implement candidate generation and sourcing plans to manage up to 15-20 job requisitions simultaneously.
• Enhance recruiting processes by sharing best practices along with new tools and methodologies in the recruitment field.
• Spearhead initiatives to expand our talent pipeline through direct candidate sourcing, networking, and forming partnerships with diversity and specialty organizations.
• Stay informed about compensation packages, benefits, salary structures, and long-term incentive plans for prospective candidates.
• Fluency in both English and French is essential as the role involves interaction with candidates and team members across all Canadian provinces.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition; ideally possessing 5 or more years in a full-cycle recruiting consultant role.
• A relevant degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn recruiter, social media, networking, and skilled in diversity sourcing.
• Proven ability to build trust with hiring managers and advise on talent strategies based on market insights.
• Capability to comprehend, articulate, and document hiring managers' specified requirements, while formulating a compelling value proposition to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Competent in utilizing an Applicant Tracking System, standard desktop applications, and social media platforms.
