This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Position: Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) SDR

• Monthly Compensation: $1250 - 2150/month

• Work Schedule: Full-time - 40 hours/week

• Time Zone: PDT Business Hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Manage inbound leads generated from Meta advertising campaigns.

• Perform appointment setting and lead qualification calls.

• Follow up with potential patients interested in cosmetic procedures.

• Confidently overcome objections and address patient concerns with empathy.

• Nurture leads during the initial stages of the sales process.

• Keep detailed and accurate records within the CRM.

• Review AI-generated call summaries and update lead information as necessary.

• Maximize conversion opportunities from high-volume lead influx.

• Coordinate scheduling for consultations and treatments.

• Assist in patient engagement initiatives to minimize lead loss and enhance conversion rates.

• Passion or prior experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, med spa, healthcare, or related fields.

• Background as an SDR, appointment setter, treatment coordinator, or patient coordinator.

• Familiarity with Go High Level.

• Genuine interest in beauty, aesthetics, body confidence, or cosmetic procedures.

• Experience in high-volume lead environments.

• Comfortable engaging with prospective cosmetic surgery patients.

• Proficient in using CRM systems.

• Availability to work on weekends.

• Willingness to record a Spanish introduction video during the screening process.

• Native or fluent speaker of Mexican Spanish.

• Preference for female candidates.

• Strong communication skills in phone sales.

• Experience with Go High Level (GHL) CRM.

• Familiarity with AI call recording and summarization tools.

• Proficient in telephone and appointment scheduling systems.
