This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales objectives.
• Travel to business-to-business client sites to assist in promoting products and services to end users.
• Foster friendly and professional relationships with on-site contacts and customers while advocating for our CustomFit program.
• Address and overcome employee objections related to the CustomFit service model.
• Provide employees with information and guidance regarding safety footwear products.
• Collaborate efficiently with Key Account Executives, RAMs, and the Inside Sales Support team.
• Aid in resolving customer complaints by liaising with the relevant team members.
• An Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Prior experience in sales is advantageous, but we welcome individuals eager to start their careers.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• A valid Driver’s License is necessary.
• Computer skills including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Self-driven with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
