• We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sales Manager to join our dynamic team!
• **Key Responsibilities**
• - Lead and Develop: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams.
• - Conversion Strategy: You will create strategies to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of ≥ 25%.
• - Process Optimization: You will improve sales scripts and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce contract execution times.
• - Analysis and Reporting: You will provide detailed performance reports, revenue trends, and data visualizations to senior management.
• - Client Retention: You will spearhead post-sale initiatives to ensure a retention rate of 90%.
• - Attend consultation day events.
