This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Provide and oversee pre-sales technical assistance throughout the technical sales process for Keeper products.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to pinpoint customer opportunities and comprehend their business requirements.
• Perform product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer sites, or on-site at a Keeper facility.
• Partner with product development and engineering teams to remain informed about product features, enhancements, and updates.
• Address technical inquiries, concerns, and objections during the sales cycle to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.
• Serve as a technical advisor to customers, guiding them in understanding how our solutions can address their business challenges and help them achieve their objectives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to the business.
• Analyze complex multivariate problems and employ a systematic approach to reach swift resolutions, often under pressure.
• Work on issues impacting design/selling success or that pertain to future concepts, products, or technologies.
• Build relationships and engage with technical personnel to identify opportunities and promote Keeper Security products and services.
• Ensure prompt and precise updates of activities and issues in Salesforce, reporting to management accordingly.
• Develop and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions for channel partners and customers.
• Participate as an integral member of a sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Contribute to the implementation of company objectives to achieve goals in innovative and effective manners.
• Capable of traveling to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) and renting and/or operating a vehicle on behalf of the company.
• Communicate effectively with German and English-speaking partners, both verbally and in writing.
• Over 5 years of experience in a pre-sales technical position (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.).
• Must be bilingual, with native German proficiency and fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Extensive experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and familiarity with UNIX/Linux.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to provide high-quality product overviews to both technical and executive level audiences.
• Technical expertise in networking and security applications, as well as cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
