This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Make between 300 and 400 daily calls to clients who have canceled their contracts or are no longer available.
• Re-establish contact with potential clients and identify opportunities to reintegrate them into the sales funnel.
• Effectively handle objections and communicate the value of our premium services.
• Accurately record activities and results in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate high-level meetings.
• 1-3 years of experience in SDR, outbound sales, or similar roles (no profiles focused solely on customer service).
• Proven experience in high-volume sales.
• Excellent communication skills and objection handling abilities.
• C1 level of English with a neutral accent (British accent is acceptable).
