This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• **Key Responsibilities**
• Make **300+ outbound calls daily** utilizing a power dialer
• Qualify homeowners and **schedule 2–4 appointments each day**
• Adhere to structured scripts and a validated sales process
• Address objections and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
• Perform follow-ups through calls and SMS to enhance appointment attendance rates
• Precisely record activities and notes in CRM systems
• Consistently achieve or surpass daily and weekly KPIs
• **Must Have:**
• Over 1 year of experience in **cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales**
• Fluent in English with a clear, neutral accent
• Proficiency in **Spanish** is a significant advantage
• Capability to work during **U.S. Pacific Time (PST) hours**
• Dependable high-speed internet, headset, and a quiet working environment
• Comfortable with **high-volume cold calling**
• Highly coachable and open to feedback through call evaluations
• Strong work ethic and consistency in achieving performance metrics
• **Nice to have:**
• Experience in **solar, home services, or call centers**
• Excellent objection handling and rapport-building abilities
• Prior experience in **remote, KPI-driven environments**
