Bilingual Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Offer telephone assistance to clients in the e-commerce and insurance sectors

• Assess customer requirements and propose optimal or alternative product options

• Inform prospective clients about available insurance choices

• Deliver quotes and finalize sales transactions

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services while keeping updated on any changes in policies

• Accurately input customer information and revise existing policies

• Address customer issues with empathy and guide them towards making a commitment

• Collaborate effectively with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, adhering to data governance, security, and ethical-use standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in a customer service or sales role

• Post-secondary education is strongly preferred

• Accident and Sickness license is advantageous, but not mandatory

• Must have TICO certification or be willing to obtain it

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Excellent customer service abilities with a strong focus on client satisfaction

• Dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction

• Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, is essential

• Candidates must be residents of Canada; those living in Quebec will not be considered
