This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage incoming calls from prospective students, providing details on package options, pricing, and inclusions.
β’ Conduct outbound follow-up calls to leads and previous inquiries who have yet to enroll.
β’ Transition students who have completed the Driver's Ed classroom segment into scheduled, paid driving lessons.
β’ Address objections relating to pricing, scheduling, and reservations.
β’ Present pricing and package advantages in both English and Spanish.
β’ Dispatch progress reports to parents and promote additional lessons or packages.
β’ Organize lesson schedules within a limited vehicle fleet and instructors with varying availability.
β’ Follow up on any missing or incomplete required documentation.
β’ Maintain accurate scheduling records to reduce conflicts or gaps.
β’ Respond to inquiries regarding scheduling, policies, and procedures.
β’ Address concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
β’ Document every call, lead, and follow-up outcome.
β’ Provide assistance with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as necessary.
β’ Minimum of 2 years in customer service and/or sales, preferably with phone-based experience.
β’ Proven ability to handle a consistent volume of inbound and outbound calls comfortably.
β’ Track record of achieving sales or conversion goals, not merely service metrics.
β’ Proficient in managing scheduling and administrative follow-ups alongside sales calls.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish β both spoken and written.
β’ C1βC2 proficiency in English is mandatory.
β’ Capable of seamlessly switching between English and Spanish during calls based on customer needs.
β’ Comfortable with pitching, explaining pricing, and closing deals in either language.
β’ Strong phone presence: articulate, confident, and persuasive during calls.
β’ Excellent listening skills and ability to handle objections under genuine sales pressure.
β’ Highly organized and able to manage sales follow-ups, scheduling, and document tracking simultaneously.
β’ Comfortable operating without a dedicated CRM and adaptable to new systems.
β’ Dedicated and quiet workspace suitable for phone-based tasks.
β’ Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional headset.
β’ Availability during business hours for both inbound and outbound calling.
β’ Achieve enrollment/sales targets and meet call activity benchmarks.
β’ Maintain precise records for every call, lead, scheduled lesson, and outstanding documentation.
β’ Basic familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
β’ Previous experience in call centers, telesales, or driving school/education services is preferred.
β’ Experience with scheduling software or systems is preferred.
