Bilingual RN Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephonic case management and utilization review for assigned clients.

• Create, implement, and track personalized care plans to achieve quality and cost-effective results.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams to facilitate care coordination.

• Act as a liaison between clients and benefits administrators, ensuring effective communication and support.

• Monitor and report on case outcomes, focusing on cost savings and quality enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual: proficiency in Spanish is required.

• Education: RN licensure in the State of Iowa is mandatory. A BSN or higher is preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in clinical practice is required. Experience in case management or utilization review is highly preferred.

• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Capable of working independently.
