This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish regarding pre-settlement funding inquiries.
• Collect precise case information — including accident details, attorney contacts, case status, and funding eligibility.
• Guide clients through the pre-settlement funding process in a clear and compassionate manner, using their preferred language.
• Collaborate with attorneys and law firms to gather necessary documentation and updates on cases.
• Evaluate case eligibility and direct it to the appropriate funding team for assessment and approval.
• Keep accurate, detailed records of every client interaction and the progress of cases.
• Facilitate communication between Spanish-speaking clients and internal English-speaking teams.
• Maintain data privacy, adhere to compliance standards, and uphold professionalism at all interactions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing positions (Required).
• Proficient in both English and Spanish — written and spoken (Required).
• Knowledge of pre-settlement funding, personal injury, or legal funding processes is highly advantageous.
• A warm and culturally sensitive communicator who naturally adapts across languages and diverse backgrounds.
• Patient and composed, particularly in situations where clients may feel vulnerable or stressed.
• Detail-oriented and precise when managing sensitive legal and financial data.
• Capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring consistent follow-through.
• Adaptable to changing schedules and reliably dependable in a remote work environment.
