This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Evaluate customer contracts and product selections concerning customer renewals to identify the optimal renewal pathways for clients.
• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with assigned customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and escalations throughout the renewal process.
• Maintain strong relationships with our key partners, attending to their inquiries, concerns, and escalations during the renewal process.
• Lead the initiative to uncover opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer contracts during the renewal phase.
• Continuously assess and enhance the renewal process to optimize operations, boost efficiency, and elevate the customer experience.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the renewal journey.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing is preferred; alternatively, relevant experience in similar roles is acceptable.
• Preferred experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Renewal Management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Lightning and CPQ, along with other tools like Outreach, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring precision in contract management and communications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and relationship building with customers.
• A self-driven and proactive attitude towards tasks, with the capability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in the technology sector or a SaaS-based organization is highly valued.
• Knowledge of contract management processes and legal terminology is an advantage.
