Bilingual Recruiter – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting process for both Federal and contractor roles.

• Source bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) for various professional positions.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines.

• Perform candidate qualification assessments.

• Conduct structured interviews via phone and virtual platforms.

• Assess the technical qualifications of candidates.

• Evaluate candidates' professional proficiency in Spanish.

• Organize interviews with Government hiring managers.

• Prepare summaries and recommendations for candidates.

• Keep recruiting documentation updated in Arcetyp's Applicant Tracking System.

• Generate weekly reports on recruiting status and hiring metrics.

• Ensure positive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting bilingual Spanish-speaking professionals.

• Background in supporting Federal Government recruiting or Government contractors.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple recruiting efforts concurrently.

• Native or professional-level fluency in Spanish (preferred).

• Experience in recruiting within Spanish-language media organizations (preferred).

• Knowledge of media markets in South Florida (preferred).

• Experience in recruiting broadcast journalists (preferred).

• Experience in recruiting personnel for television production (preferred).

• Experience in recruiting personnel for radio production (preferred).

• Experience in recruiting engineering and technical operations personnel (preferred).

• Experience in supporting GSA Schedule or Federal contracts (preferred).

• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously (20+ preferred).
