Bilingual Recruiter – Spanish, English – Manufacturing, High Volume

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments to create and implement recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements and provide a robust slate of candidates while developing talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in recruiting with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Spanish language proficiency is required.
