Bilingual Recruiter, French/English – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial intake to offer acceptance.

• Address hiring requirements across various manufacturing sites throughout Canada.

• Focus on recruiting primarily for hourly and frontline production roles, which include skilled trades, operations, warehouse, maintenance, and manufacturing positions.

• Collaborate closely with plant leaders and hiring managers to gain insights into workforce needs and hiring priorities.

• Execute candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination during the hiring process.

• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring demands.

• Leverage diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and follow-up.

• Monitor recruitment activities and keep accurate records within the applicant tracking system.

• Occasionally assist in recruiting for professional and corporate roles as business needs arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal) is essential.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments is required.

• Strong capability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously while adhering to hiring timelines.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Background in collaborating directly with hiring managers and business leaders.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume sectors.

• Experience with recruitment for hourly workforce positions.

• Exposure to recruiting across multiple locations or regions.

• Experience supporting both hourly and professional-level recruitment.
