This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Implement and facilitate comprehensive recruiting processes for both remote and U.S.-based on-site roles.

• Create candidate profiles and advertise job openings.

• Proactively identify potential candidates and coordinate interview schedules.

• Conduct candidate evaluations and oversee operational responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting for companies with high-volume or mass hiring needs.

• Preferred: Proficiency in English at a B2 level.

• Essential: Possessing an Above The Line mindset.
