This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Serve as a brand ambassador representing the client.
• Provide outstanding talent through proactive communication.
• Offer consultative guidance and industry insights to hiring leaders.
• Facilitate job scope discussions to establish position specifications.
• Assess candidates and evaluate their qualifications in relation to position requirements.
• Create and oversee recruitment marketing strategies to identify candidate sources.
• Source candidates using resume databases and networking platforms with Boolean search methods.
• Engage with candidates through various media channels.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure timely updates on application statuses.
• Draft templates for phone interviews and evaluate candidate skills.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to define offer details and negotiate offers.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activities and metrics to hiring leaders and management.
• 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• High school diploma is required.
• A bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.
• At least two years of recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Skilled in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
