This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client, dedicated to delivering outstanding talent.
• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding the status of the search.
• Collaborate with the hiring leader to define position specifications.
• Review candidates and assess their qualifications against the position requirements.
• Source candidates through various methods, including resume databases and referrals.
• Engage with candidates using a variety of media platforms.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely updates on their applications.
• Create and utilize phone interview templates.
• Work alongside the hiring leader to communicate job offers and negotiate counter-offers.
• Present a strong slate of candidates and report recruiting activities to leadership.
• 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• High school diploma is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of two years of recruiting experience with proven successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Skilled in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of common human resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
