This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identifying Candidates: Conduct a comprehensive job scope meeting with the hiring leader to define position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and suggestions on potential search strategies or candidate criteria.
• Identifying Candidates: Assess candidates who have submitted applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Review candidate qualifications against job requirements and decide who will progress in the recruitment process.
• Identifying Candidates: Create and oversee recruitment marketing strategies or sourcing plans to identify the most suitable candidate sources that align with the search requirements.
• Identifying Candidates: Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, and networking platforms utilizing Boolean search techniques.
• Identifying Candidates: Seek and pursue referrals from professional networks and/or internal sources.
• Identifying Candidates: Leverage Cielo’s proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns targeting talent communities.
• Engaging Candidates: Employ an effective mix of communication channels to connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media, etc.). Clearly communicate the value proposition to candidates interested in the position.
• Engaging Candidates: Prepare candidates for interviews by coaching them on logistical details, interview schedules, suitable attire, and overall expectations.
• Engaging Candidates: Ensure candidates receive timely updates regarding the status of their applications and interviews.
• Evaluating Candidates: Develop and use phone interview templates tailored to the job description. Exercise independent judgment to compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments against position requirements to ascertain if the candidate is a fit for the role or a potential candidate for other open positions.
• Evaluating Candidates: Administer skills assessments as necessary and analyze results (if the process requires).
• Evaluating Candidates: Review background and reference information (if the process requires).
• Influencing the Hire: Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process, ensuring consistent communication regarding the status of the search.
• Influencing the Hire: Collaborate with the hiring leader to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to substantiate recommendations.
• Influencing the Hire: Present a job offer to the candidate and work towards securing acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counter-offers as needed.
• Service Excellence: Adhere strictly to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards set forth).
• Service Excellence: Strive to deliver a robust candidate slate, consistently building talent pipelines to ensure multiple qualified candidates are available at all times.
• Service Excellence: Provide accurate and regular updates on recruiting activities to the hiring leader and Cielo leadership, illustrating both metrics and efforts.
• Service Excellence: Identify perceived challenges with searches and research to recommend solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Service Excellence: Proactively and routinely communicate the status of each search to the hiring leader, offering a consultative approach with suggestions on how to proceed.
• 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficient in English.
• High school diploma is required.
• A bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of two years’ recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Skilled in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
