This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Receive and address client communications, including but not limited to the intake and onboarding of new clients.
• Responsible for building and nurturing relationships with pediatric groups to establish a referral pipeline.
• Schedule intake appointments and conduct initial assessments.
• Review incoming referrals.
• Arrange new intake appointments.
• Reschedule cancellations or no-shows as necessary.
• Input demographic and payor information into metadata.
• Communicate benefit information to clients.
• Maintain activity logs as required.
• Verify Medicaid eligibility.
• Create tasks within Central Reach.
• Send a welcome email to clients or parents.
• Handle termination notifications related to the provider.
• Respond to client and staff voicemails and emails as needed.
• Collect and upload new information, such as diagnosis reports and insurance cards, when necessary.
• Document all changes and communications regarding client accounts as required.
• Comply with federal HIPAA regulations and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to work well in teams.
• Creativity and initiative in problem-solving.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail products.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations.
