Bilingual Program Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all necessary elements to secure prescription drug coverage for patients;

• Serve as the primary contact for physicians within their designated areas to enroll patients in a NavieGo managed program;

• Build and sustain a robust, trusting relationship with assigned clinics and physicians;

• Collaborate with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to optimize reimbursement solutions from public and federal funding programs;

• Coordinate with dispensing pharmacies and injection training sites after funding has been secured;

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of public, private, and federal funding mechanisms;

• Assist physicians and their staff in completing all relevant Patient Support Program forms (enrollment, consent, prescription, etc.) as well as all pertinent drug reimbursement forms;

• Act as the primary resource for NavieGo to request any missing or additional information from physician offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers;

• Respond promptly and professionally to physician enrollment inquiries;

• Proactively address paperwork required for patient reimbursement renewals at the request of NavieGo.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a valuable asset;

• Capacity to manage a high caseload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer or client service;

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications (Google apps, Word, Excel);

• Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone demeanor;

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize time, and multitask to meet various competing deadlines;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;

• High attention to detail;

• Previous experience in a reimbursement role is considered a strong asset;

• Experience with biologics is a plus;

• Background in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance sectors is advantageous;

• Proven ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
