This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Coordinate and oversee all necessary actions to secure prescription drug coverage for patients;
• Serve as the primary contact for physicians within the designated geographic area to enroll patients in a NavieGo managed program;
• Build and sustain a strong, trusting relationship with assigned clinics and physicians;
• Manage cases with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to optimize reimbursement solutions through public and federal funding programs;
• Collaborate with dispensing pharmacies and injection training sites once funding is secured;
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of public, private, and federal funding mechanisms;
• Assist physicians and their staff in completing all necessary Patient Support Program forms (enrollment, consent, prescription, etc.) and all relevant drug reimbursement forms;
• Act as the primary resource for NavieGo to request any missing or additional information from the respective physician offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers;
• Respond promptly and professionally to physician enrollment requests;
• Proactively respond to NavieGo’s requests to facilitate the paperwork required for patient reimbursement renewals.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential;
• Capability to manage a high caseload in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• At least 2 years of experience in customer or client service;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications (Google apps, Word, Excel);
• Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone etiquette;
• Demonstrated ability to organize time, set priorities, and multitask to meet various competing deadlines;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting;
• High level of attention to detail;
• Previous experience in a reimbursement role is a significant advantage;
• Experience with biologics will be considered beneficial;
• Background in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance sectors is a plus;
• Proficiency in resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
