Bilingual Pedagogical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist partner schools in executing, utilizing, and solidifying the Be Curriculum, adhering to the agreed service model.

• Perform both remote and on-site pedagogical follow-ups, which include classroom observations, checkpoints, planning meetings, and feedback sessions.

• Organize and deliver introductory training sessions, professional development workshops, and pedagogical alignments for educators, coordinators, families, and teams.

• Aid educators in lesson planning, utilizing instructional materials, organizing curriculum, and applying methodologies in line with the Be Curriculum.

• Offer guidance on Be pedagogical resources, documentation, platforms, and academic materials.

• Compile records, feedback, and pedagogical reports from visits, follow-ups, and training sessions.

• Analyze and provide constructive feedback on pedagogical and assessment materials.

• Collaborate in the recruitment of educators, which includes CV reviews, pedagogical interviews, and assessments of language proficiency.

• Maintain ongoing communication with educators, managers, and coordination teams.

• Coordinate with school leadership, pedagogical supervision, and various internal company departments.

• Oversee schedules and pedagogical visits.

• Anticipate, mediate, and assist in resolving pedagogical or institutional conflicts.

• Engage in events, meetings with prospective clients, and pedagogical presentations of the Be Curriculum.

• Support strategies aimed at expansion and pedagogical upselling.

• Create supplementary materials, pedagogical documentation, and academic content.

• Participate in internal routines, curriculum evaluations, and team training activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Letters, or a valid teaching license is required and will be used for candidate ranking.

• Strong pedagogical knowledge, particularly in bilingual settings and language instruction.

• Competence in using pedagogical support technologies.

• Proficiency in drafting pedagogical reports and documents.

• Experience in curriculum integration and execution.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Adaptability and flexibility to various contexts and demands.
