Bilingual Nurse Practitioner – Virtual Health Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional care to patients in a virtual environment.

• Utilize prescriptive authority within a collaborative practice framework, consulting with Physicians on the care team to ensure comprehensive management, especially for complex cases.

• Conduct follow-ups on laboratory tests, imaging, and facilitate closed-loop communication with patients and other healthcare providers.

• Employ tools for virtual “exams,” including remote home monitoring devices, remote physical evaluations, and point-of-care diagnostics.

• Engage in a collaborative care model alongside registered nurses, medical assistants, primary care providers, behavioral health professionals, and clinical supervisors where necessary.

• Attend mandatory patient care meetings, including huddles, case conferences, and regular service line All Hands sessions.

• Provide insights to enhance operational workflows and product functionalities.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Report to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP), or Physician Assistant (PA) from an accredited program.

• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).

• Over 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.

• At least 2 years of experience in providing virtual care.

• Licensed in a minimum of two core Oscar States.

• Florida License is required.

• Proven proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.

• Preference for candidates from Texas, Ohio, or New Jersey.

• A compact RN license (if an APRN) is an advantage.

• Experience with remote diagnostic and home monitoring tools is a plus.

• Willingness to obtain additional licensure in Oscar Medical Group states is beneficial.
