Bilingual Nurse Navigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service and virtual care by engaging with patients through phone, live messaging, video, and/or email.

• Maintain accurate documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

• Adhere to and implement clinically validated triage protocols.

• Guarantee the highest standards of customer service for both patients and healthcare providers.

• Carry out basic nursing duties, including outpatient testing and medication management.

• Assist patients in troubleshooting technological issues.

• Strive to create a seamless experience for patients calling the center.

• Organize lab orders, prescription requests, radiology tests, and all facets of patient care.

• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and elevating the telemedicine experience for patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.

• Possession of an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Puerto Rico.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish.

• At least an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).

• Must be a permanent resident of Puerto Rico.

• Previous experience in a call center environment is highly preferred.
