This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and payers to ensure patients receive access to their prescribed medications.

• Act as the main contact for patients and their caregivers.

• Assist patients and/or caregivers throughout the post-prescription journey.

• Educate on program offerings, insurance procedures, disease states, and treatment options.

• Oversee assigned patient cases from referral through the initiation of therapy.

• Conduct investigations into patient benefits.

• Handle the prior authorization and appeals processes.

• Proactively identify and resolve barriers to therapy.

• Promote medication adherence and maintain ongoing patient engagement.

• Record all patient interactions and their outcomes.

• An active, unrestricted RN license is mandatory.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in dermatology or immunology is preferred.

• 2-5 years of experience in case management and patient support.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and patient advocacy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to manage a patient caseload independently.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in a virtual or call center setting.
