Bilingual Nurse Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the application development team provides professional, client-oriented, and high-quality development services.

• Offer support and mentoring to members of the application development team.

• Sustain and enhance application delivery methods and standards on an ongoing basis.

• Establish and nurture credible professional relationships with key internal stakeholders.

• Oversee version control, configuration, and defect management activities for all developed code.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in designing and implementing applications and systems within a development environment.

• At least three years of experience in a similar team lead role (or equivalent).

• A proven track record of continual professional growth.

• Experience in leading, coaching, and effectively managing an application or software development team.

• Strong understanding of formal change and release management processes.

• Experience in gathering operational requirements and designing suitable applications and databases.

• A registered nurse license (RN or RPN/LPN) with active registration with the College of Nurses in the province of employment is mandatory.

• A minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or related fields.
