
Bilingual New Patient Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Conduct outbound calls and utilize various engagement methods to schedule new patients with an initial contact within 24 hours of receipt.
• Provide clear and easily understandable answers to inquiries regarding treatment.
• Assist parents in recognizing what distinguishes Cranial Technologies from competitors and effectively communicate the advantages of choosing Cranial Technologies over others.
• Address and resolve objections presented by families.
• Collaborate with territory sales representatives on leads that are unresponsive or have been declined.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service is required, preferably in roles involving engagement with warm leads, customer retention, or meeting quota-based objectives.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• A dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details effectively.
