
Bilingual New Patient Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Conduct outbound calls and utilize various engagement and communication methods to schedule new patients within 24 hours of receiving inquiries.
• Provide clear and understandable answers to questions regarding treatment options.
• Assist parents in recognizing what sets Cranial Technologies apart from competitors and highlight the advantages of choosing Cranial Technologies over others.
• Tackle and resolve objections presented by families.
• Collaborate with territory sales representatives on leads that are unresponsive or have been declined.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience is preferred, especially in contexts involving warm leads, customer retention, or achieving quota-based targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with patients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• A lively and enthusiastic demeanor is necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage details effectively are crucial.
