This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and ensure a smooth experience.
• Gather all essential documents needed for underwriting.
• Coordinate with various internal teams to streamline the processing of mortgage modifications.
• Effectively manage client files and monitor progress.
• Communicate with current clients through phone and email to handle complex mortgage alterations.
• Request and evaluate supporting documentation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of mortgage industry regulations and standards.
• Partner with the Bank Sales team to assist clients and advisors.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Outstanding listening and communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Proven professionalism and sound judgment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of Manulife Bank’s products, processes, and systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in computer and keyboarding skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in the residential mortgage industry or mortgage underwriting practices is preferred.
