
Bilingual Medical Receptionist, Patient Coordinator – Personal Injury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage incoming calls from patients with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
• Oversee patient intake, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar management.
• Conduct follow-ups on personal injury referrals and inquiries from new patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with administrative processes.
• Coordinate patient care along with ongoing appointment follow-ups.
• Communicate with attorneys, providers, and professional offices concerning cases.
• Send and receive medical records, lien agreements, and associated documentation.
• Maintain precise patient records and administrative paperwork.
• Support backend administrative workflows and overall office coordination.
• Utilize Jane EHR and various healthcare systems for effective patient management.
• Manage communications via Google Voice, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Chat.
• Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English to patients and referral partners.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Previous experience in a personal injury or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with patient scheduling, referral follow-ups, and insurance verification.
• Experience with Jane EHR or similar medical scheduling systems is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and effective patient communication skills are essential.
• Must exhibit a professional, compassionate, and trustworthy demeanor.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking proactive steps to solve problems.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and accountable.
• Capable of managing confidential patient information with an understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly grasp new systems and workflows.
• A reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment are required.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in clear spoken and written English.
• Relevant work experience is mandatory.
• Required to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check prior to onboarding.
• Must be available for video meetings with the camera on when necessary.
