Bilingual Licensed Therapist – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough assessments and intake evaluations for ADHD and anxiety in new patients and their families.

• Offer tailored treatment suggestions, including referrals to community providers when suitable.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for caregivers of children dealing with ADHD, anxiety, and co-occurring conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, integrated care.

• Participate in program development, evaluation, and research initiatives aligned with personal interests and organizational needs.

• Influence the care model and enhance workflows to support high-quality, sustainable care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Experience in integrated care environments.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, particularly for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.

• Proficient with technology and capable of quickly adapting to virtual-care tools.

• Access to a private, secure workspace with reliable internet connectivity.

• Availability for a minimum of 2 hours per week during peak hours: Monday–Friday 6:00–8:00 p.m. PT and/or Saturday 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. PT.

• Proficiency in Spanish.

• Willingness to pursue licenses in other states.

• Experience in pediatric diagnostic assessments for ADHD or anxiety.

• Background in pediatric group treatment.
