• Oversee programs from inception to completion, ensuring orders are shipped on time.
• Collaborate with clients to obtain approvals on various documentation.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to address issues impacting deliverables.
• Keep customer requirements current and accurate.
• Efficiently complete customer forms and handle requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate sample requests and monitor samples for clients.
• Support the preparation of new product presentations and sales reports.
• Handle requests for marketing materials and assist with processing invoice payments.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Consumer Packaged Goods as an International Customer Representative or International Sales Coordinator.
• MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and project management proficiency.
• A solution-oriented approach with a proactive mindset.
• Capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
