This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Leverage your outstanding interpersonal skills to engage with prospective clients, building trust and rapport from the very first interaction.

• Thoroughly evaluate each potential client's individual circumstances, confidently recommending the optimal course of action and outlining how TORKLAW can assist them on their path to justice.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills across all channels (phone, text, chat, and email), ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in every communication.

• Conduct precise data entry and maintain diligent follow-up to ensure that no detail is missed during the potential case intake process.

• Excel in a collaborative team setting while also having the initiative and self-discipline to work independently.

• Facilitate the transition of the newly retained client to the team responsible for managing their case.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is mandatory.

• Ideally possess over 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or equivalent educational background.

• Proficient in computer use and familiar with standard productivity software.

• Strong team player.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Solid organizational and multitasking skills.

• A proactive problem-solver capable of managing challenging situations.

• Friendly and approachable attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
