This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Follow up with dealers regarding all eligible applications post-approval.
• Negotiate with dealerships to secure the maximum number of deals with the best possible terms for FHF, enhancing FHF’s “win-rate” for approved applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for dealers in all communications with internal FHF teams.
• Monitor dealer activities to identify potential risks and red flags.
• Travel to dealerships as required based on market assignments.
• Assist the Outside Sales team with dealer-specific initiatives aimed at increasing volume.
• Collaborate with the Servicing and Collections team to address dealer complaints and resolve conflicts.
• Manage the list of open applications to ensure timely follow-up with dealers.
• Oversee all facets of dealer communication with various internal FHF stakeholders to guarantee a seamless experience for dealers.
• Proven history of career stability.
• A BA/BS degree is required, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in sales or banking.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Capability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
