This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• In the role of a Remote Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in achieving our client acquisition and revenue growth goals.
• This dynamic position does not involve cold calling (you will work with pre-qualified leads), provides the flexibility to work from home, and enables you to utilize advanced software tools to engage with potential clients.
• Your outstanding communication skills, persuasive talent, and commitment to an "Always Be Closing" philosophy will be essential for your success.
• Demonstrated experience in inside/inbound phone sales within the United States credit industry, including but not limited to credit cards, repair, history, score, and reporting.
• Ability to pitch and finalize credit repair solutions tailored to the profiles and credit situations of customers.
• Adherence to a step-by-step approach to promote TCP's credit repair products while addressing client concerns effectively.
• Commitment to not only meeting quotas and KPIs but also surpassing performance expectations.
• Proficient in utilizing TCP’s technology tools suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) in daily operations.
• Availability for full-time remote work, including one unpaid hour break during a nine-hour shift.
• Must provide your own computer that meets our specifications.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C-focused financial and banking services.
• Familiarity with the U.S. credit industry, including knowledge of credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
• A customer-first mentality with empathy for their needs.
• Excellent communication abilities and a solution-oriented approach.
• A strong desire to learn and familiarize yourself with TCP’s technological suite.

• Base salary of $12/hour or a minimum of $2080/month.
• Commission structure: progressive and uncapped commissions.
